fits very well great bagsThese bags rival original Oreck bags. They work great and are an economical choice too. These bags fit my Oreck XL fine. However, they do not move air as efficiently as the Oreck bags. The reduced suction was immediately noticeable (the vacuum was much easier to push) with these bags. I assume part of it is the allergy filter technology. As a result I found that they need changing a little more frequently because the suction drops. I estimate they have about 2/3 the life of the Oreck bags I had before. Also, these bags do not have the "Germstat" protection that inhibits mold and germs so if you vacuum certain things, like pet hair or pet litter or get any moisture into the bags they will start to have a bit of a funky smell after a while, whereas the Oreck bags produce much lower odor by comparison. These bags are also made in China, which the manufacturer tries to obfuscate by printing "Made in P.R.O.C." on the packaging (PROC = People's Republic of China). They should just be honest and say "Made in China" for crying out loud.Obviously the price for these bags is very good and so you can afford to change them twice as often and still come out ahead. So, I rated them "OK" since they work well enough. I may go back to the Oreck bags next time, I'm still thinking about it.I had difficulty finding the Oreck bags in a local store, so I checked on-line for them. I was flabbergasted by the price, and then there was shipping and handling! I had decided that the vacuum was too expensive to operate. Since I do have other vacuums, I would just park that one. Permanently! Then I checked Amazon. The price was so reasonable, and, as a Prime member, the shipping was FREE! It was worth taking a chance that the bags would fit and work well. They met all my expectations. Work as well as the original, and cost so much less. I would highly recommend this product to users of all Style CC and all XL Upright Oreck Vacuum Cleaners. I have shared this information whenever anyone mentions looking for a hard-to-find item. Check out Amazon! And, by all means, become a Prime member! It pays for itself in shipping alone. The 5 star rating is based on overall quality and value for the price.I admit the OEM Oreck HEPA muti-layered bags (with one layer being activated charcoal) are really nice and probably the best vac bags I've seen, but at about $3.50 each they can get pricey, especially if you vacuum a lot. On the other hand, the performance of some "after-market" bags is so poor that they are no bargain, no matter how great the price. I think these Envirocare bags are the happy medium. At a little over a buck per bag, the EnviroCare bags are very sturdy, fit well in the vacuum and don't leak dust or tear easily. They are a satisfactory and affordable substitute for the Oreck brand bags and I plan to buy more when I've used all of these.Good quality had to cut down to fit my vaccum but work out fineI trusted my instinct and went with the positive reviews and it paid off these bags are great. Everything is the same except that piece of tape on the tab and all it is , is a touchof class...when the bag is full and u remove it you place the plastic tab over the hole and tape it so u dont get sprayed with the dirt! how great is that? So go ahead if u must and pay that other price if u want to but for me and mine Envirocare bags all the way!when u go to choose where to get ur bags from i got mine from vacuum supply store and the cost was still great and under or equal to the other sellers. so pay attention when u select some offer free shipping and just charge a little more on price and u may still comeout cheaper i did.Frankly, I was leery about this. Oreck is a fine machine, I've had one for ten years and wouldn't trade it for any other brand. It was expensive but when I begin to calculate the years of service its given and the many years to come, it was worth it. So. When I order off label parts for it I feel I'm cheapening it. Only Oreck products should be used. But then I ordered these and they're just perfect. Oreck won't know there's a distant cousin in it. If you, like me, were considered about buying what may seem an "off brand", put your concerns away. These are quality products for a quality machine. And, for their cost, a real bargain.
