Cheaply made and not very easy to use. Batteries are hard to access and then reassemble everything. Should be re-designed. Even though everything works on this, I went back to my old one and carry a mini flashlight separately.This isn't bad, the light is good enough. I attached it to my dog's harness and after running in the park the clasp broke. I just replaced the clip and it works fine! The poop bags are a plus as I am always forgetting to grab some on my way out the door, now they are attached to the dog harness.This works great as a flashlight but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get the bags out when you need to replace them. The inner tube must not be the right size as a standard roll of poop baggies because it is useless.Flashlight is helping me to see and pick up but very difficult to pull out with bag. It drive me crazy to pull out of the bag!I was quite pleased with this until I had to refill it with my small biodegradeable bags! The roll does not fit in the holder. I have to take three or four bags off of the roll before it will fit in the holder. Such a pain! It's too bad because I initially liked the holder very much!It’s very difficult to change the batteries, but other than that they do the job.I love the flash light but the clip that hold it on the leash keeps uncliping and the dispenser falls offThe problem with this dispenser is the hole where the bags come out - if and when they get stuck and don’t feed correctly , you can’t stick your finger in to pull one out, the opening is too small. You have to unscrew and try to re-feed another or get something like a pen or screwdriver to pull another one out . Kind of a pain. Purchased another brand with a larger opening.
