I mean you get what you pay for, right? These are definitely premium bags but they come at a premium price. These are 4x the cost of what we normally pay but thought we'd give them a try since they have a draw string. The draw string makes these very easy to handle. I have to wet my fingers just to open our normal bags. No problem with these. They are tough! I was able to collect many bags throughout the house and cram them all into this one bag without it tearing. Even the draw string held up. I'm only on the fence because of the price. But if you're looking for a tough bag... this is it.I received these bags free as a promotion with the understanding that I would complete a (non-Amazon) survey. I had thought the survey would only be for the company's internal use, but one of the questions on that survey was whether I left an Amazon review. I will allegedly be reimbursed whether or not I leave one, but since they seemed to wish me to leave a review, I will do so. I don't think they'll be happy with it, though.I want to alert readers of this review to a few things:1) The first question of their internal survey asked me to rate the quality of the product. The only options I was given to choose from were "good" and "excellent." I was not given the option to choose average or subaverage.2) The second question of their internal survey asked me to rate the price of the product. Again, they only gave me positive choices: I could have rated it as either reasonable or a good deal. I was not given the option to say that I thought they were overpriced.3) The third question required me to give them the name I use in Amazon reviews. I am reasonably certain that they will be reading this. If so, I wish to tell them that my genuine answers to their questions are as follows:- I was disappointed with how thin the bags were and am expecting them to break if I put anything much heavier than a few tissues in them.- I thought their proposed price was too high given the low quality of the bags.- The inability to give negative feedback in their survey makes me question the integrity of this company, and that coupled with their low-quality product made me decide that I don't plan to do business with them in the future. (To be honest, I'll be quite surprised if I am actually reimbursed for the purchase.)The bags themselves strike me as about as thin as modern plastic grocery bags, albeit with somewhat more "give." Their one advantage over grocery bags is their drawstrings. This feature earned them the second star in my rating.In short, I would not recommend these bags nor the company which makes them. Buyer beware.Care must be taken when tearing these off. I ruined the first two because I did not unfold them before trying to get one, which has to be done in order to not tear in random areas. They are heavier than white bags in stores, but not as much as Hefty brand. I’ll buy them again.These are very easy to use and seem to be very sturdy. They do not tear easily like my other store-bought brand.These are not the size I thought. They will only fit a small topped trash can. Do not base on gallon size alone. Also, most annoying to separate without the entire roll u raveling.Good bags. Very sturdy. A bit difficult to tear apart and messed up a couple of bags in the process. Would buy again thoughCareful tearing these apart. You can rip them past the seam. They work, but you have to use them as light duty. I can't use these for cat litter. But it works in a small trash can. I won't buy again, but these are what they are."Thicker, heavy duty" c'mon these bags are see-through and you can pop a hole in them easily. Super small and barely fit my small garbage can!
