I was looking specifically for a tote bag with LEATHER handles. This product description said the bags had leather handles and that they specifically made the bag stronger. The handles are NOT LEATHER. They are canvas, just like the rest of the bag, they are just dyed brown to make them look like leather. The bags are nice, but I'm very disappointed and wouldn't have ordered them had I known the handles were not leather. I was tricked.this is perfect to carry to school. just what i was looking for. very sturdy and nice handle. beige color will go with everthing. just the right size
