I normally fill only to 5-6oz to prevent thatIt's a very simple product and I do like it, I would suggest it if you feel it will help with organization like I do. I keep a gallon bag next to it and as the stack fills up, put them into the bag. Then when the bag is full I transfer to my deep freezer.It really is a simple and nifty little tool. It freezes the bags flat and most all bags fit. I use the lansinoh breast milk storage bags and as long as I fill it to 6 ounces and seal the bag with as little air as possible, it works as intended. The plastic is a lil flimsy and the front cover comes off way to easily for my liking. Another problem I have with it is that the metal plate on top is not affixed to the device so it is easily knocked off. Otherwise, I would have given this product 5 stars. I may purchase a second one in the future. I currently have 8 bags in mine with room for at least 2 to 3 more if that helps anyone.A perfectly compact organization method for storing frozen breast milk. I use the Lansinoh milk bags and they fit perfectly on the freeze tray and in the container. Once I fill up the container I put them in a gallon size ziploc bag and they fit perfectly. The container is about the size of a 1.5 quart of ice cream.The top freezing plate comes off it's not really attached. It just sits there. Besides unless you have a huge freezer and lots of money to buy multiple it's not really worth it. My wife filled up hers on the first day and that was a month ago we had to get back to stacking them how we previously did. It also takes up more space then we like. In theory it's a good item but it's just a waste of money because it easily become one of those things you use once and that's it.Great for keeping milk bags flat and stored. I filled it up pretty quick though and had to start finding bigger storage solutions. But great for what I needed it forIt took me a while to find the perfect milk storage system and this is definitely it. I’m super happy with how fast and well it freezes the milk and fits perfectly in my freezer and it’s easy to grab the oldest milk first.This is an amazing product. we have been able to store our breastmilk in a way that we can keep track of when it was pumped and in an order that the oldest can be accessed first. my faorite part of this is the metal plate on the top. it froze the bags in a flat, easy to store way. it also fit in our freezer door. this way we have been able to keep the milk out of the way from everything else.If you are breast feeding i definitely recommend getting one of these to store for emergencies.I love the fact that it goes by the order I put it in..it makes it easier to just take it from the date I put inWish the opening (too/bottom) were adjustable. You can’t fill the milk bags even half full to keep them perfectly flat so that they stack properly in here. I’ve been rotating them. If you actually fill a bag with 5 ounces or more, it will be too thick on the bottom to even fit inside this. If I put 4 oz in a 6 oz medela bag ifs somewhat flat but still not flat so i rotate them. Then because they are somewhat flat they can slide out the bottom opening which is large and not adjustable. Just wish the height of the opening was adjustable to counter this so they don’t fall out if they aren’t balanced.This is a great little box for milk storage. Love that it’s upright for tight spaces and the best part is the metal for freezing milk flat fast. It uses a first in first out system which is great. Good for small spaces but if you plan on freezing a lot of milk you’ll need multiple of these. I have 2 and it’s still not enough. Kind of pricy but it’s good.A little too wide, milk bags sometimes fall to the side. And bags freeze to the metal quick freeze part, so I can’t even use it. Otherwise useful.Easy to use, I like how there’s a spot on top to put the milk to freeze firstThe Dr Brown storage bags don’t fit in this
