I was reluctant to use reusable food storage bags for a long time but I am sure glad I gave them a try. It feels so good not to be feeding the landfills and these are easy to wash and re-use. One thing I found with other kits is you don't get many larger sized bags and we tend to use this size for cooked bacon and larger items. I ordered these to add to our other sets. They have curved edges so easy to wipe out although you can put them in your dishwasher top rack. I usually air dry them over a large glass cup on our counter.
