I would have given this bag 5 stars but with two problems I just couldn't. I really do love this bag. The two problems are: the zipper at the top of the bag sticks & the short strap on top is TOO short. I will have to do something to keep the zipper from sticking. But the strap, I had to cut it off. It is so short it seriously gets in the way of opening the bag. Even with the two problems which are fixable, I wish the style I ordered came in more colors. I really love the color of the one I ordered.Just got this purse, the leather is very soft and nice feeling. All the zippers seen to be good quality. So far I am in love with this but!!!Th iui s is my 2nd bag. I have a Carmel brown now this light blue. They hold up with daily use very well. They are made well and I love the size. A perfect bag.Initially, I thought this bag was super cute and was excited to use it. Most of the pockets inside were small and didn’t hold much, but there were two outer pockets that could hold my hand lotion and hand sanitizer. My keys and phone easily got lost inside the bag, among my other items and it seemed like I was always losing my lip gloss inside it.I’m a teacher, so during the week I just carry everything inside my Lands End teacher tote and keep a very small crossbody bag in my trunk if I need to run a quick errand on the way home. I only used this purse on weekends and breaks (Winter Break, Spring Break, and part of Summer Break), keeping lip gloss, hand sanitizer, and hand lotion inside, so I never have to worry about switching those essentials between bags. I got the purse in December, right before Winter Break and the edging on the straps began peeling off in early June, a week or so into Summer Break. I finally took everything out of it and went back to an old Vera Bradley sling bag at the end of June. When I took stuff out of the purse, I realized that the lining had split inside in several places, so I found like six lip glosses and three face masks inside the lining.I get that the purse was inexpensive but for $25-30, it still should have lasted longer considering it only had maybe 2 months of actual use.Nice bag, just much bigger then expected. ReturningI can fit in everything in this bag! I love that I have the option to throw it over my shoulder and not carry it like a purse all of the time.Love it would love even more if more compartments . Everything just falls to the bottom and hard to find things. But beautiful bag.Love both bags. Camel and green.Terrible bag- wish l had never ordered it. Had to even pay to have it returned. Never again. Hoping that l get my refund. Very disappointing indeed as l didn’t only get an awful service from the seller but Amazon too. Amazon decided to cut me short of my refund. How disgusting- l might as well stick to EBay. Guys - customer service doesn’t exist anymore
